We interviewed about 5-6 planners who were all highly recommended and regarded in the wedding industry. This quickly made us feel like we didn’t want to work with a planner at all. They were snobby, rude, and quite frankly just seemed like they wanted our money and would be referring us to their preferred vendors who would ultimately be giving them a kickback, at our expense. Hiring Claudia was the best decision wi made for my wedding. Even though we technically only hired her for coordination, she assisted us through every step and was there to answer any question we had. Her responses were always prompt and she made my life as a bride stress free. The month of wedding Claudia handled everything! We even used her decor company for our table numbers, seating chart, card box and more and everything turned out beautiful. Day of her and Abby took care of everything and made sure we ran on time and my husband and I could enjoy ourselves. Everyone has said what an amazing wedding it was and that’s all a testament to Claudias expertise and guidance she provided along the way and the day of. Could not recommended her more!!!!

Claudia and her assistant Nancy were absolutely fabulous to have not only on my actual wedding day, but leading up to the big event.
I initially hired Claudia because I was worried about how our wedding ceremony and reception was going to be run, and truthfully I didn’t want myself or family members to take on that burden. Claudia had great reviews and I liked everything her “package” for day of/month of coordinator encompassed so we went with her. From the minute we had an initial virtual meeting, I knew she was experienced and the right person for the job. From then on, I had nothing but a positive experience with her. She was responsive to all my questions and asks, and she was great coordinating with all our vendors leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day, it went off without a hitch and as far as I knew, there were no major hiccups. If there was even a slight problem, I never heard about it and everything got handled in the background. Between all the wedding party, families, vendors and guests, she made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when and we were on time all day. As for all the details we had for our wedding (signage, name settings, etc), she made sure all of it was set out right and ensured my wedding vision came to life. Once I saw the reception space during our room reveal, it made me emotional to see everything look just as I planned it. Of all the things we spent money on for our wedding, Claudia was worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone in the GTA planning a wedding.

We had Claudia as our month of coordinator, and let me say it was the best decision my now husband and I have done during the wedding planning process! Leading up to the wedding, Claudia was there to organize everything for us and was so helpful during our 1:1 final details meeting. Things that we didn’t think to even consider during the wedding, Claudia was on top of it! On the actual wedding day, Claudia and her assistants Jen and Vivian were life savers! They ensured all the vendors were there and on time, she ensured we followed our timeline and she accommodated to any last minute changes made! At one point Claudia had to herd my bridal party back into the room like sheep and for that I’m so grateful! Haha! I appreciated that both Claudia and Jen were able to reassure me that everything would be okay, and really calmed my nerves before walking down the aisle! Claudia and her assistants were super kind and so sweet! If you are considering a wedding planner/coordinator, I highly recommend Claudia and her team! Let me start off by saying, Claudia and Abby, thank you both for your incredible work — we are so grateful to have found you for our wedding. On our first consultation with Claudia, we mentioned that we would be having a traditional Coptic Egyptian ceremony, something we expected to have to explain in detail. But to our surprise, this is something Claudia already had tons of experience with. From that moment, I had a good feeling that we would be in capable hands. For someone who loves a to-do list, Claudia provided us a perfectly detailed list of items to take care of as early as 8 months before the wedding. Though I had little preference in terms of the design of my wedding, Claudia and Abby managed to create an absolutely beautiful atmosphere that I truly loved. They handled the coordination with every vendor flawlessly, and ensured that I had the most stress-free experience. If any issue arose that day, I didn’t know about it. I have been working with Claudia since 2019; our wedding was originally scheduled in 2020 but due to COVID, it became a moving target. Claudia was there through it all and was flexible/supportive through all of the changes that were made over time as the plans evolved. From the start, she connected us with other wonderful/professional vendors (from decor to hair/makeup) and facilitated communication when necessary. I trusted her fully to make our dreams/vision come true when our day finally came, and she absolutely did just that. I worried about absolutely nothing on our wedding day. I showed up to the venue, and everything was flawless, better than I had imagined. No hiccups and no stress - exactly what I had hoped for. She is the best wedding present I could have given myself! Hiring Claudia was one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding, and now months later I am still sooooo happy that we decided to do so. Having her and her team on your side is like having a second brain where most of the stress can live and you don't have to think about much other than the big decisions. Our day was nothing sort of perfect and if the arch was falling down, or donuts had nothing to go on I had no idea about it until the problem was solved and things were good to go.
Herself and Jenn made sure everything was perfect day of, they take the vision from your brain and mouth and translate it into real life. I'm not sure if Claudia is an actual wedding fairy but I think she might be. Speaking and working with her is like hanging out with a close friend, her knowledge and contacts are invaluable, and anything you can think of she'll try and make happen or come up with alternate ideas - I would recommend her to anyone I know and strangers passing on the street if I heard they were looking.

We hired her for month of planning; however she went above and beyond even before then. She was easy to get in touch with and gave valued, well thought out input that guided us in making decisions as we were booking various vendors. On the week of the event she was extremely organized in reaching out to all our vendors and developing a finalized itinerary for the big day.

As a couple on a budget, we got excellent value working with Claudia and also found that she helped us save in other areas including floral and decor - while still having the beautiful wedding of our dreams.
She is so knowledgeable and has great recommendations, but never pushes ideas on you - she instead helps you figure out what you want and helps you get there. She also thought of about 1,000 things we never would have and then made them all happen :)

Claudia and her team at Claudia Cole events did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding day and make it run PERFECTLY !!! As two very busy medical residents (with no experience in planning events) and living outside of Canada- Claudia helped us connect to excellent vendors in the Toronto area. She also organized our hotel block and even helped with planning a brunch the next morning for our guests! She is SO easy to talk to, kind and very understanding! I knew after my first meeting with her is this was the person I wanted to spend the next year working with to plan my wedding. I needed someone calming and trustworthy. Leading up to the wedding day I was connected to my fantastic wedding coordinator Stefanie. Claudia and Stefanie helped me plan out the schedule for the day and gave me excellent suggestions to make sure it ran so smoothly! Claudia was referred to us by our videographer from QT Films. We booked her back in April 2020 for our original wedding date in July 2021. Unfortunately, we decided to postpone our wedding to July 2022. Claudia was with us every step of the way in making this decision. She was always positive, optimistic and calm. When asking her what we should do next she always presented several options that we could choose from. She never pushed us one way or the other, but always offered her professional judgement. I don't know what we would have done without her during our planning process and the day of our wedding. She made sure everything ran smoothly. If there were any hiccups on our day-of, we had no idea! She is proactive, efficient and on the ball! She responded to every single one of my silly questions over the past two years with patience and compassion. More than all of that, Claudia became a friend. She is so kind and down-to-earth. We hired Claudia for wedding day management services and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Leading up to our big day, Claudia met with us to better understand our vision and helped develop a day-of timeline. Claudia also took over all communication with vendors which enabled my now husband and me to relax in the lead-up to the wedding. The first thing I say to anyone getting married is to get a day-of-coordinator, and the second thing I say is that they need to get Claudia! Out of all the crazy things you spend money on in a wedding, a day-of-coordinator is by far the most worth it.
Prior to the wedding, Claudia and her team were constantly in communication with us, making sure every little detail was figured out to make the big day as smooth as possible, bringing up things I definitely wouldn't have thought of if it wasn't for them. They did a phenomenal job making sure everything went perfectly on our big day. When we had our initial consultation with Claudia, she told us that she would do everything in her power to solve any issue behind-the-scenes without stressing/worrying us on the day, and she truly delivered. Our reception went so smoothly, and any issues that came up were swiftly handled by Claudia and her team.
Also, I have to give Claudia extra props as we were one of those unlucky COVID couples. Our wedding was originally scheduled for June 2020... then November 2020... and then finally June 2022. And throughout that entire rollercoaster of wedding planning, Claudia was constantly on our side, supporting us and helping us navigate through it all.
We are forever grateful to Claudia and her team and can't thank them enough for helping us pull off the reception of our dreams!

Claudia knows and works with many, if not all, of our other vendors, so she made the whole planning experience very breezy. She is a workaholic; she answered all my questions early morning, late at night, and even when she was on vacation!! Claudia was our “month-of” wedding planner for our wedding in early April 2022 and honestly, having her on our team was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. I truly could not recommend her and her team more highly – they are consummate professionals, super friendly and kind, and just amazing at what they do.
Claudia was so patient and gracious through our two date changes (thanks COVID!) over the last 2.5 years and was always there to help us navigate wedding planning in a pandemic and giving us advice in general – whether it was on date changes, seating arrangements, vendors (she recommended a DJ and officiant to us and we loved both) – any question we had, she was always there and always helpful.
We also asked her and A Lavish Affair (ALA) to help with our florals and décor and completely deferred to her and ALA on the design – we just told her we wanted something modern, clean, and elegant and what they delivered on the day of just blew us (and our guests) away. It was somehow everything we wanted but didn’t know how to articulate – they truly thought of everything. They also surprised us with thoughtful quotes on the stands and dessert table and Nataly from ALA designed a hilarious half-chicken/half-cow icon for our place cards - which are just very small examples of how they went above and beyond for us on the day. They were also so considerate of our budget and actually gave us some money-saving ideas like using the bridesmaid bouquets for table décor, lining the ceremony aisle with bouquets that could later be used as centerpieces, and giving us honest advice on what’s a “nice to have” vs “need to have”.
Claudia was also an absolute HERO on wedding day logistics – we had ~10 guests drop out last minute from a ~80 person wedding (including 2 in the wedding party) and somehow, within the span of a few hours, she had re-jigged the entire floor plan and corresponding décor and coordinated the changes with the other vendors and venue - you wouldn’t have been able to tell that there was an entire table missing in the room. I’m sure more than a dozen things went wrong on the day, but we couldn’t tell at all – her and her team were just ninjas and we were able to actually enjoy our day.
Claudia is everything you’d ever want in a wedding planner and to top it off, she’s just an absolutely lovely person. Thanks Claudia (and team) for helping pull together our perfect day under some extraordinary circumstances. We can’t wait to see pictures of your own wedding !!

We found Claudia through our decor company A Lavish Affair back in July 2019. From our initial communication, she was extremely responsive which established a strong sense of trust for us. We hired Claudia for month of coordination however it felt like she was with us every step of the way. Our wedding was originally planned for August 2020 and was postponed to August 2021. Throughout this time, Claudia kept us very well organized with an app - she reviewed/uploaded all our vendor contracts, gave us checklists of to dos to keep us on track, kept track of our budget & more. During all the uncertainty, Claudia was very calm and was very reassuring even though pandemic planning was a first time for all of us. She is very personable and approachable, so I never hesitated to reach out whenever I had any questions. I would honestly now consider her a lifelong friend. It felt like I had known her for much longer!
Claudia is diligent, has a strong work ethic and you can be assured that she will take care of you. When our wedding day finally came, we actually got to enjoy it. If there was a problem, we honestly had no clue as Claudia took care of everything. She is amazing at what she does and we would highly recommend her! Our wedding day was truly the best day ever and we cannot thank Claudia enough!

We started planning our wedding in the summer of 2019, originally for a September 2020 wedding. Along with the rest of the world, we had absolutely no idea of what was coming our way in March 2020. And when the pandemic hit- we had even less of an idea how to pivot and keep our initial vision for our wedding day intact.
Claudia kept in close contact with us and let us know she would be ready and happy to help once we were ready to make some decisions. We decided our best option was postpone to Sept 2021 and hope for the best in terms of vaccinations and restrictions.
Claudia, calm and collected - took care of everything we needed to do to postpone the wedding. From contacting the venue and our vendors to get new dates, to requesting new contracts and sending invoices and countersigned copies (as well as keeping her own record, again – so organized!). I can wholeheartedly say Claudia made the postponement a breeze, and though I’d never want to do it again, if I had, to I know she would make just as easy.
Pandemic related issues aside, she never failed to exceed every expectation we had for wedding planning. She helped source vendors for my bridal shower and found an amazing wedding videographer at the 11th hour when I decided last minute, we needed to have one. She helped us find wonderful chocolate truffles for our favors that everyone loved and devoured. She fixed my shoe when the gem broke off during our first dance. She connected us with a venue for the rehearsal dinner when we were having a hard time finding availability. She flawlessly co-originated a day-of prank I was planning for our first look with my husband. She worked with our vendors seamlessly did so many other things I’ll never be able to thank her for because she is that amazing of a planner and person. And outside of everything she did for us, her most admirable quality is her genuine character and overall moral fiber as a person. She is always happy to go the extra mile for her clients and aims to make everything perfect. It is important for her to not only share her expertise and help her clients, but she also makes a sincere effort to uplift her colleagues in the industry, which is always important, but now more so than ever. Every vendor Claudia recommended was 10/10, every guest at our wedding had amazing things to say about her and the fabulous work she did for us. Her assistant on the day of Steph B, was an absolute angel and I was blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness as well. Outside of getting married, gaining a new friend in Claudia was one of the best parts of wedding planning, though it won’t be another wedding 😉, I hope I get the chance to request her services again in the future.
Tl;dr : Claudia is patient, kind, understanding, talented and has a wonderful eye for detail and knack for organization. Above all she is an absolute professional with a huge heart and genuine compassion for her clients. She is THE best wedding planner in Ontario and most likely all of Canada. You’re doing yourself, your partner, and your family a disservice if you don’t hire her for your wedding or event.

Trying to plan a wedding is difficult and stressful enough, but with the added complexity of trying to do so during a pandemic, we knew we needed to enlist the help of a day-of coordinator to make sure our wedding ran smoothly.
Claudia and her team went above and beyond what we expected the day-of services to include. The process began months in advance, with Claudia collecting a ton of detailed information about us, our guests, our vision, etc. Given a million different pieces of the puzzle, she was able to map out every piece of the event quickly including vendor and contract management, sourcing, COVID safe solutions, and event timelines. She even provided us with an online tool to help collect guest and vendor info, manage budget, and map out our seating arrangement. I was blown away by the level of detail she collected! It was quickly clear that if we didn't have Claudia working with us, we would have forgot to plan a number of things!
Best of all, she was incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout the rollercoaster of the past year. With restrictions tightening in the Spring and then lifting only weeks before our August 2021 wedding, Claudia always made sure she had the latest information and came to us with several different plans that we could quickly execute if things were to change suddenly. It was never a conversation around "we can't do this", instead she always lead in with "what we can try to do is..." or "let's plan a couple of options".
Every coordinator will talk about how they bring an "emergency kit" with them but there's only so far that will go without quick thinking and a positive problem solving attitude. Claudia and Vicky sprung into action at the earliest sign of a hiccup on our wedding day and did so with no one noticing. Knowing they were on top of everything allowed us to enjoy our day stress-free.
We can't thank Claudia, Vicky, and the team enough for their incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure our guests were comfortable and felt safe. The Claudia Cole Events team truly make magic happen and we are forever grateful!

Please do yourself a favour and book Claudia Cole as your wedding coordinator! There are a lot of things you pay for before, during, and after the wedding process, and hiring Claudia was the best value of them all.
Claudia was our day-of wedding coordinator, and provided additional management services 8 weeks prior to the wedding date (her package titles have changed slightly since we booked). Our wedding was Aug 2021, and with the constant changes in covid regulations and event supply/vendor issues, Claudia and her team were absolutely essential in making this wedding happen, and more than that, helping us get the wedding of our dreams. Most of our vendors seemed to know Claudia and any time an issue came up, they kept telling us things along the lines of “oh don’t worry, you’ve got Claudia, it’s all good.”
Claudia was also able to give us crucial recommendations on vendors and decor and receive quotes for us, many with only weeks/days to go before the wedding. Notably, Claudia also has a number of rentals available (basics like table numbers, stationary, frames etc etc), and provides these at competitive prices. This made it easy to add last minute decor we hadn’t thought of or hadn’t the time to arrange. Also, AislePlanner, the site you get access to through Claudia to help plan, is fantastic and very detailed.
For the actual wedding day, we got to enjoy every second of it knowing that it was in Claudia’s hands. We didn’t have any stress and got to cherish every moment. As far as we could tell, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly -- and our family and guests said the same.
Claudia will make your wedding day that much easier to enjoy, we can’t recommend her enough!

Due to the pandemic, we had to make several adjustments to accommodate the COVID restrictions. This review is long overdue. My husband and I were married in September 2019 and we had an incredible experience with Claudia. She engaged her colleague Chris, and he was more than phenomenal as well. From the day we signed our contract with Claudia, she was responsive in e-mail, phone calls, and everything in between. She worked and reworked our timeline, provided vendor recommendations, and was a shoulder to cry on when things got tough! Claudia and Chris were UNBELIEVABLE on our day! Claudia was so amazing with the planning details and keeping calm on the day and Chris was so organized and charismatic. Our entire bridal party had a great day and a lot of them said it was because the coordinators were so great. Claudia and Chris looked out for us and thought of absolutely everything. They checked in with us often and we were so grateful to have them!!

My husband and I took on Claudia Cole Events to help us with a month of coordination package and it was truly the best decision we could have ever made! Claudia, Chris and team went above and beyond our expectations. They were there every step of the way and did not miss a single detail. To all future brides - a piece of advice, you need Claudia & Chris! I hired Claudia for my day of coordinator, and it was one of the BEST decisions I made. Claudia worked through absolutely everything with me leading up to the day, she answered every single email promptly and gave her input and advice (she knows what she’s talking about!) She was not only organized and professional she also knew the right questions or ask and helped to keep everything on track. She contacted all the vendors and made sure everything went smoothly and there was absolutely nothing for me to worry or stress about. Claudia also knew that I like to be very involved and know what was going on, she would give me all of the details as soon as she got it so that I was up to date with everything and I had nothing to worry about. Her attention to detail and patience makes her an amazing wedding coordinator and I was lucky to have worked with her. Claudia’s partner Chris is nothing short of amazing as well, together they make the ultimate dream team!! Chris has such a fun, easy going personality he is easy to work with and so knowledgeable. He is truly there for you, your future husband, and your guest. He handled multiple situations that came up unexpectedly the day of, he was professional and extremely prepared. They both put so much effort and joy into what they do and truly love their job. Even our families commented multiple times on how amazing they were. My husband and I had the most unforgettable day and we could not have done it without them!

As my husband and I are extremely picky on vendors and wedding suppliers considering everyone has heard of the horror stories of getting ripped off when you say “wedding”. We were very hesitant to have a coordinator or planner since we felt like there was no one besides us that would put in the time and effort into our day. However, after consulting with Claudia and reading all of her amazing testimonials, we took a chance and hired her and her partner Chris. This was probably the biggest turn in our wedding planning process as they helped us finish off so many finer details which took a lot of stress away! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend everyone to trust Claudia and Chris as they dealt with all of the BS that can come up in the weeks approaching and especially on the day of. With over 200 guests, there were many things that could have gone wrong whether its timing, guests not cooperating, or other vendors not being on schedule. Claudia and Chris dealt with all of our potential problems and were proactive enough to prevent any possible complications. They ensured that everything went smoothly and on time, which is incredible. At one point I had a headache and needed crush-able pills, Chris brought them over immediately, then I needed pins for my dress before the first dance, Claudia came by 2 minutes later with a handful of them. Our parents and guests mentioned to us how incredible they were multiple times, and they were genuinely shocked at the amount of effort and care that was put in by Claudia & Chris. I cannot express how amazing they were throughout the entire process! Our wedding would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for these two running show. Thank you both so much for making our dream day a reality and we are forever grateful! You will be highly recommended to all of our friends!
